Module 2 is your gateway to understanding the influence of cultural drivers, and to tailor your coaching approach allowing you to connect with clients on a deeper level.

Understanding Cultural Drivers: Discover how these drivers guide individuals to uphold honor, maintain power, or do the right thing and use these insights in your coaching interactions.

Coaching Across Intercultural Dimensions (Module 3)
In this module, you'll discover how to use the 12 Dimensions of the Cultural Mapping Inventory to coach your clients as they navigate different cultural values and preferences.
This module builds on Module 1: Perception and Bias in Coaching and Module 2: Navigating Intercultural Worldviews, which are prerequisites for participation.
Key elements include:
The Cultural Mapping Inventory (CMI): Use this practical tool to help clients identify their own cultural preferences, better understand others, and explore how cultural dynamics impact their relationships, leadership, and decision-making.
Identifying Intercultural Dimensions: Develop the ability to spot the dimensions that may be shaping a client's experience and use this insight to deepen reflection, unlock new perspectives, and expand the client's range of choice.
