Intercultural Coaching Development Modules
The Intercultural Coaching Development Series was created to accommodate coaches with busy schedules that are looking to equip themselves to become culturally agile coaches. Each module of the series has a specific focus areas and provides the participants with both learning and application opportunities, through pre- and post- live session assignments as well as Coaching Practice hours.

The modules are separated into Tiers to ensure participants receive the foundational knowledge before proceeding to more advanced modules. Each module and tier build on the previous one to better equip you as a Culturally Agile Coach.

Module 1:
Perception Bias in Coaching
Participants will learn to identify perception biases and be equipped with practical tools and strategies to shift the approach to avoid & resolve them.
NPM-DIR Model
Participants will learn to use this framework to support their clients to slow down their thinking, speaking and acting, thus ensuring the common misperceptions are avoided and negative situations are prevented
Cultural Learner/Cultural Critic Framework
Participants will learn to recognize cultural critic behaviors in their own and others’ actions and to become Cultural Learners, making them more effective in intercultural contexts.

Module 2:
Navigating Intercultural Worldviews
Participants will gain a deep understanding of how identify and provide insights into the cultural drivers and motivators of the coach and the coachee, learning to adapt the approach to become more culturally agile in Intercultural Coaching engagements.
The Three Colors of Worldview (3C)
The Three Colors of Worldview framework helps identify our cultural drivers that have a strong influence on how we think, speak, and act and they can be found at the root of why we do what we do. Depending on the context, these three drivers guide us to one of the following:

Module 3:
Negotiating Intercultural Strategies
Participants will be equipped to understand the cultural preferences of the coach and the coachee and develop strategies to manage the preferences across different dimensions to increase the effectiveness of the intercultural coaching engagement.
12 Dimensions of Culture (12D)
The 12D was designed to equip you with a structured framework and a neutral language to better understand yourself and others. It will assist you with powerful self-reflection, the ability to analyze intercultural situations accurately, and efficiently and insights on how to adjust your approach to enhance relational success.
